And BLACK PEOPLE THEMSELVES use a derivative of it too which I'm not going to repeat here even though we've all seen/heard it being said.....KyDXIn said:Considering Paula Deen is 66 years old and from South Carolina, I would have been surprised if she hadn't used the N-word sometime during her life. I think the important part the media has overlooked was in the testimony she said it was 30 years ago the last time she had used the word. I think that after all of those years, that blaming her for racism is insane, especially when you can hear it being used in today's lyrics!
On "Are We There Yet", black people on a large number of the episodes I've seen lately are calling black males "Boy". I guess only they get to do that.Pat Cook said:And BLACK PEOPLE THEMSELVES use a derivative of it too which I'm not going to repeat here even though we've all seen/heard it being said.....KyDXIn said:Considering Paula Deen is 66 years old and from South Carolina, I would have been surprised if she hadn't used the N-word sometime during her life. Telling people to "grow up and get a life" is not really mature or helpful. I saw nothing wrong about the idea of expressing dislike for the decision to suspend Paul Deen's relationship with QVC.
