Sound Exchange sucks,,, they are radio terrorists similar to al queda...
IMO, the royalty rates the CRB set for Internet Radio suck and are obviously not based on Internet Radios ability to pay. SoundExchange is just the collector, distributor and enforcer. The Copyright Royalty Board is the one who set the rates, so your displeasure should be focused on them. Although, SoundExchange seems to have allowed broadcasters to sign up with a service thinking that they were fully covered when they apparently were not.

We have been advised that a resolution has been reached and are awaiting word of exactly what happens next. Supposedly, it will happen before the SX deadline of May 6th.
