The Phil Show

I was in Knoxville earlier this week and heard Phil Williams on WNOX-FM 100.3 hosting The Phil Show. I was not real impressed with what I heard. I knew he was going to leave the River to host an afternoon show. When did the Phil Show debut? I have been a fan of Phil Williams since his days at WNOX-AM 990 and hope that the show I heard is the exception for his show instead of the rule.

It debuted Monday, so he's still feeling things out in the talk format. Seemed to be getting alot of callers, so people are listening. I think he'll do well in the long term.
