I don't see a post on this yet, but according to The Point's website they are still looking to fill the Midday shift. I was just wondering if anyone knows if they have hired Joanne Cruise, or if they're still looking?

In ALL Honesty, I'd say allow Joanne to keep the shift. She's smooth, likeable, and clearly *enjoys* what's she's doing...something that is more and MORE of a missing commodity in the declining "World of Radio!" Out with the old and in with the NEW. IMO she's a good listen and I'd say relates well to the audience/demo.
While just checking the NJBA page they have no listing for the vacancy which surprises me. They DO have one for sister "1057 The Hawk" which is in dire need of a night jock. I think they "draw straws" to see who's going to work at night. Hell if for some reason it isn't Joanne's gig I wonder how she'd sound on a Classic Rocker!?
