The Price is Right Picks First Male Model

Unless there's a male model I've missed somewhere, we in the U.S.
are actually 'way behind the times; the Australian version of "Sale
Of The Century" was using them in the '70s.

Do you mean George Gray, who used to host the daytime
version of "The Weakest Link"? I really can't speak for him
as an announcer since I catch him only if I have an early lunch,
but I liked him better than Anne Robinson; he could be just as
cutting, but it didn't (to me, anyway) come off as snippy as her
putdowns.

Wasn't Rich Fields let go so Drew could have a comedian to work
with? And how did "Wheel Of Fortune" pass on him; he could have
worked out just fine when Charlie O'Donnell passed away.

Right about now, does anybody miss Johnny Olson?

Well, at least this isn't a sweeps month stunt or anything! :D
