The biggest problem is the android GM Phil Hoover, our local version of GWB who finds it easy just to look in other directions when problems surface, and ignore what's eating away around him. Or maybe he's just an airhead corporate asskiss. This moron could be replaced with a Oreck Vac and the station would have higher ratings.
