I can't even spell it phonetically, but you can always spot a Canadian. It's a dead giveaway!

I have friends from Clearfield County, and they all pronounce it "oot" and "aboot." Why it's isolated in this particular part of PA I don't know. :)
 
my wife is a native of Michigan and it took her many years away from the Great White North to quit
saying "eh?" at the end of every sentence.
