The Purge is an upcoming horror film about a night where all laws and emergency services are suspended for 12 hours across the country, and the resulting lawlessness that follows. The film focuses on a family that chooses to ride out the chaos at home, only to have a child take in a stranger who is being pursued on a group intent on killing him.
The reason I bring that up here is that the trailer features a number of SAME tones, presumably for an EAN, and the movie includes an announcement made over the Emergency Alert System (incorrectly called the Emergency Broadcast System in the movie). So far the only mention of it I've seen is on YouTube, but this could be problematic should this ever be advertised on radio or TV.
If for some reason this were to get out over the EAS, this is the message that would be read:
"This is your emergency broadcast system announcing the commencement of the annual purge. At the siren, all emergency services will be suspended for 12 hours. Your government thanks you for your participation."
As you could imagine, this would be highly problematic.
