the radio pop up bar

I don't know what a pop up bar is, no Google hit on it, but...
I was at the southern end of Miami Beach (South Beach) and saw that the old WMBM/Love94 building @ 814 1'st street which still houses the WMBM transmitter is now home to this pub with a picture of the WMBM stick protruding out the roof of the place.
No web site to link.
