The Ratings Predictions Challenge

For the record. I do not work for Arbitron as was posted, though
my predictions are so right on it may appear I do. Curelop
challenged me to predict the summer book three full months in
advance for ten stations. He says I will bat 50%. WRITE THESE
DOWN:
KMPS: down
KZOK:down
KUBE: down
KOMO: down
KBKS: up
JACK: up
KNDD: up
KWJZ: up
KIRO: up
KVI: down

Five up, five down. I cannot guarantee the 100% I got last book for the
seven stations I predicted or the 100% for the nine before that, BUT I will be damn close. See you all in three months, when I accomplish the amazing feat
of predicting ten stations THREE MONTHS OUT. I accept the challenge because:

For your record I asked which one of your relatives work for the arbitron company or the company that prints the results in book form. And as I said before your tricks are wearing thin. So your lucky in your mind! I say you've
got friends feeding you the results in advance as they are being compiled. But
good luck with your latest predictions though!

Okay. This takes the cake. I truly doubt Iknowitall
gets inside info from arbitron, but if he gets these right
I will be VERY impressed. Hell, if he gets 7 out of 10 it
will be amazing, since two months of the book hasn't even
started yet. Good luck, we will all be watching. Great
predicting in 2005 I must admit you MIGHT knowitall.

Ratings Predictions

a) it's impossible for what you're saying to happen, as far as Arbitron insiders
feeding out ratings info as the sweeps are in progress (doesn't work that way)

b) trying to predict ratings- I'm assuming IKnowItAll does it just for fun
and I suppose that's OK. He/she should really hit up paranoid GMs for a fee,
though <LOL>

c) it's as useless and silly as people on these board predicting which stations
will change format and when. Just like the ratings, it happens when it happens

Oh! Now I get it! Iknowitall is really a time traveler from the twenty-sixth century equipped with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men. All the while being lost in a dream, living on the edge of reality in the twilight zone searching for his favorite twinkee!! How many times a month do you win the
lottery in the state of Washington? If you can be right with such pinpoint accuracy then winning the lottery should be a breeze!!!!

I'm glad you've accepted the summer ratings challenge. If you're better then 50% I owe you dinner. Let me also say that your posts make this site very fun to read. Radio is a very interesting bussiness and I applaude anyone who's as into it as you!
