P'TEETONG DALLAS!

soooo....what do you think of the regular guys? I used to live in ATL and am thrilled they are now in Dallas.

YEAH C'MON!

I listened the 1st day for a half hour or so and was unimpressed.

I know I can't judge them 100% based on that short little time I gave it, but I could give a rats %$& about some dude and his car trouble in Atlanta...(One of the guys bitched about having to ride share with the producer since his '88 delta or something like that broke down)...

Just like RMS wouldn't work in ATL, they didn't seem to work here for me, had to turn it.

I'll base my decision to give them another shot on what the other comments on them are...

They have a bad habit of getting canned for crossing the line, but we love ‘em. How many radio shows could get re-hired three times in the same market?

Give TRGs a listen Dallas/Ft Worth! Here’s a few links:

That's a shame. They always say nice things about you.

Haven't listened. Dont really care. I dont do mornings unless I have to. Some lame ass show out of ATL(a city I could care less about, thanks Micheal Vick) will NOT do well in Texas.

Pugs and Kelly and Ron and Don have done the same thing here. They're gone now, again. Thank god!

Tough crowd there in DFW. Do you guys like anybody?

Honestly, I'm soooooo over the talk jock on rock stations. I think the Urban stations have the idea with limited segments in the morning. That way you get some music too aside from the spots. If I wanna hear talk radio I'll tune into the AM side of the dial.

I hear ya partner!!

I have tried listening to them...not funny at all. I can not image they will last here long. Why do I care about what's going on in Atlanta?

Hmmm.... Have the corporate weasles not told the TRG team to filter out local content from Atlanta yet? That's usually the first thing to go when local hosts go national / get syndicated.

I’ve gone in the other direction. When I want to hear music, I go to my mp3's (new titles downloaded weekly) or satellite. The only time I listen to radio these days is for news, traffic, sports, and talk. I'm not a big fan of the "quality rock" format.

Nice to get a different perspective. Atlanta listeners on the TRG Mogulus site noticed a loss of local content after syndication. I'm guessing they will work on that as time goes by.

I'll have to listen move when I move in a month..I havent quite had the opportunity to really hear them just yet..I will say though as a whole, its about the only station I have on during the day, even from 975 miles away. (31 Days Till I move to ft worth)

Yeah, I am with Matt there... I still listen to Jagger in the morning but I keep my office radio on FM 93.3 all day! It is truly a breath of fresh air in this market. 8)
