I look forward all week to the House of Hair on MMR, with the great Dee Snider, when I tuned in last night I was shocked to hear the relic Robert interviewing My Chemical Romance, doesnt this guy ever give up and get out. The female came on at 11pm continuing the top 10 weekend special. How can you disrupt a show that only airs two hours a week for this loud mouth chatterbox...I know I will hear Robert is MMR and he is the biggest draw and this and that, the guy stinks and has got to go, he does not belong on a station trying to fill an Active/Alternative/Hair/Hard Rock void in this one-sided town, nice job Weston, you blew the best show of the week.

You are so right! Pierre Robert has got to go. The guy is soooo old! It's amazing that in 25 years, he has never managed to connect with or to his audience. The guy goes to concerts and, like, no one know who he is or anything. I have no idea what they are thinking over there at WMMR - they really need to move him over to WFIL or something and put a much younger person there who can more effectively read liner cards and announce the song titles to relate with the active/alternative/hair rock crowd (what the hell does Pierre know about hair anyway?) - someone who can change it up and, on the fly, either use "hey" or "wassup" on the air, depending on the mood of the song. After a 1/4 century on the same station, you'd think by now he would know how to only read what's in front of him and add nothing else to the programming.

How dare WMMR disrupt a show that's on late Sunday nights at a time that I can't find because they don't even list the show on their website! Luckilly, I found it at the bottom of WMMR's page on wikipedia. The great Dee Snyder revolutionized nighttime radio via a phone line in Philadelphia and he should never be bumped!!! How dare "The Female" (Kelly Nova's new air name?!) not even mention anything about the show not airing!

You'd think after 39 years, WMMR would know how to do radio the right way.

You would think with a young hip show like Preston, and Steve, they would in fact keep things going with a younger guy taking over the midday show after them. Pierre should have left back in 1992. I have had enough of him. Just too out of touch with whats going on today IMO. The Hooters are done Pierre. As is the Grateful Dead. As well as the 10 other one hit wonders you play that only people over 40 remember. (No offense to anyone over 40 on here. I will be there one day too)

I agree with you and I am Roberts age, who wants to hear constant chatter about Jerry Garcia, Rob Hyman and Jimmy Buffett over and over. Just play the Rock and talk less, a younger jock would fit nice or on another note Randy Kotz would be a good choice also, he is still a pleasure to listen to when he fills in.
