Well the KUOW viewers may not notice anything, but I wonder if the listeners notice a change?
It always blows me away when a radio article calls a radio audience viewers. I hope it was the author (O. Casey Corr) of the story taking Hanson's words out of context. I hope Jeff Hansen does not think of the KUOW audience (listener) as viewers.
I know I can be viewing something totally different while listening to KUOW, like the car traffic in front of me while driving.
I think the article would have more impact if that and two other grammar errors were not in the story.
Like I'm one to talk. I got straight D's in English.
But I can use a soldering iron and I know that the people that patronize a radio station are called listeners.
