The Retro-Plex was one of the shining jewels of Atlanta Radio. Anyone who listened to it was instantly hooked by the great selection of tunes and your encylopedic knowledge of said music. It is sad indeed that the Retro-Plex is no more.
That said...Once I am elected PD of Dave-FM, the Retro-Plex will have a home on 929 Radio Atlanta. I know you are thinking, wait a sec, what about the "Shayna Punim" who is on 929 at noon right now? That will be a tough one for me, however, I think the Retro-Plex could easily work as a 5-6:30 show. That way you can still get in an early morning fly.
Steve, think about it. With you on board at 929 Radio Atlanta, we will be beating Q100, Sunny 100 and WGST within the first trend. You can even bring Miss August with you.
