OK People:
Two things:
1) Yes, it was filed in 1989, so the fact that in August of 2005 it was renewed,(scroll down to bottom) may mean something, or it may not. Is it an automatic renewal system? Or what? Did Rogers request a renewal?
EDITED: never mind, I think all it means is that a renewal notice has been sent out to Rogers,(in August 2005) and they can choose renew, or ignore this notice.
2) Ciss 92 as a top 40 station DID NOT fail, however, their move to the new Kiss 92FIVE urban hits failed miserably.
If they did not go urban/rythmic the top 40 format may have still been around today, and may have continued to do very well.
Wether or not the problem would have been too many tweens listening, and not enough 18-24 crowd listening, is respectfully, the other possible problem.<P ID="signature">______________
