The return of KISN....well, sort of

KKSN will be resurrected at long last to-morrow evening, 2012 February 24 at 1900 PST (0300 GMT), exclusively via streaming. This project has been in development since sometime last year, and will be hosted by the "KISN Good Guys". The music content will be what ran on KKSN-FM during their "pre-Charlie's" days/years.

It's already up and streaming via Abacast. You can actually listen to it right now, but it's currently in "testing phase". (Hint: don't bother trying to listen through VLC!)

Yes, but the automation they use does give it a resemblance (at least to my ears) of the KISN that my generation grew up with, whose official call letters were actually KKSN-FM. (KKSN-AM at that time being the local Sunny/Music of Your Life relay.)

It may have been a typo on my part when I composed the opening post, but it certainly sounds that way in practise. Probably just me.
