The return of KOUL Corpus Christi

I'm not sure. I do know that previously the stations held a Spanish Pop format as La Isla.

Sounds like they've flipped. Nice work from Cotton Broadcasting.

The call letters of 107-7 are still KXTM. Seems they're just calling it KOUL. This could be a problem as KOUL is currently taken by a station in Benavides, TX. The owners of KXTM and KOUL both have the same last name though, so they might be one in the same.

I've also discovered who the Wolf operators are - same people who ran My 94-7 before it flipped. Seems they just moved on over to KXTM when KBSO became The Rig. So nobody lost work, looks good from my outsider position. :)

Does anyone know if this is the group that was stringing together a bunch of stations catering to the oil industry that exploded in South Texas?

Anyone know why the station changed it's name?

It's now known as Young Country 93.5 and 107.7.
