THE RETURN OF THE SPORTS BABE??

I was listening to "The Buzz" and I heard the end of an announcement by The Sports Babe. Is she returning to "The Buzz"? or is she doing commercials?

Stuart

She was doing a commercial celebrating the 10 year aniversary of the "Buzz" being on the air.

What happened to her anyway, I have forgotten the reason why she quit doing her show.

I heard she had cancer and she and her partner retired to Florida. When I heard her on the Buzz, I thought (hoped) she was better and wanted to re-enter SportsRadio again!

Doesn't Curtis really own The FAN and WDNC behind his son-in-laws name? Don is a real class act :)

Don is a smart businessman. I wish I had a broadcasting group (or heck, any business) the size of his.

If you meant to say The Buzz instead of The FAN, then yes. McClatchey Broadcasting Company belongs to Curtis's son-in-law.

The Fan is owned by Capitol Broadcasting Company (WRAL-TV, WRAL-FM, WRAZ, Durham Bulls, etc.)

Who is his son-in-law..I know the McClatchey's that run newspapers! Are you saying this is the same group?
