The "Doghouse" in the morning was a flop. The afternoon jock Supajames isn't local and I honestly can't understand half of what he is saying. I heard a guy, Fonseca, on air in the evening last week but I don't know anything about him. Their website looks as if it hasn't been updated since it took over the 92.7 spot, everything still says Coming Soon. Are they ever going to do anything with this station or is Stolz just holding on to it until he gets an offer to sell? Maybe I just miss Energy but it just seems like The Rev is a waste of air space.
 
Wow, when did you hear Fonseca? I'm surprised Ed hired him. Aaron Fonseca is a natural-born CHR jock, loves doing radio, and is a driven self-promoter. He's also fun and does great phone bits. Fonseca was on Energy for a while doing one shift a week, production, and fill-ins - Joey always loved it when Fonseca filled in on mid-days because the phones would be hot at 3 PM. I'll have to start listening again.

That new VP Programming Robert Scorpio shows signs of competence if he hired Fonz. That makes him the only Energy person to get hired there.
 
Listened to Fonseca's whole shift last night. Top form! The place sounds way livelier than either of the other two CHRs, like a constant party! Lots of fun calls. Recommend.

Well yeah. Probably better if they had him on earlier, like 3 to 7 or 4 to 8. Nobody much listens after 8.
