I only caught the first ten minutes (and had to do something else) but that scene of him
and the candles and gradmother was laugh out loud funny.

Somehow this just seems like a show with limited plots. Maybe 10 or so and then what's
next? Aliens? If they just recycle the same 10 ideas over and over..........won't be much
of a show.

Trivia. Obstacle course. Strongman. Driving test. You get the gist.
TheRob could probably win every week, except for "Most Tired Act Week." ;D

Cheech is the big draw for me.

I should have watched more of "Nash Bridges", where he actually had a brain.

This was better than I expected, though at times, it seemed like they weren't sure whether to push the 'Norman Lear sitcom' angle(Rob and Cheech were almost doing some sort of 'Meathead marries into George Jefferson's family' bit in their first scenes together).
My only prior knowledge of the episode was from a review complaining about all the obvious 'turn the tables' racial humor(Mexicans dissing a white gardener, etc.) I could see this benefitting from its time slot for a while, but probably not sticking around for a long run...in other words, it's the next '$#1^ My Dad Says'.

The words may have sounded racist, but Rob is just an idiot. It doesn't mean he has anything against these people, but he just gets himself into trouble.
