Locally besides the three prime time games, the Falcons will have eleven games on Fox and two on CBS.

If Dancing with the Stars is airing on ABC on the night of September 10th, it looks it'll be the second-straight year that DTWS will air live in Los Angeles and San Francisco...it should be pretty much a given that KABC and KGO are taking the Rams-Raiders MNF simulcast.

That's not unusual for a NFC team, right?

with the new flex scheduling where games gets cross flexed to the other network its not as "business as usual" as normal. Use to be the max you would be on "the other network" was twice due having 2 home games against the other conference. But now with flex scheduling they can move games to the other network to balance it out.

Vikings had a game against Carolina carried on CBS last year

Heck looking at this years schedule Cleveland has FIVE games on FOX
Week 2 at Saints*
Week 4 at Raiders
Week 7 at Bucs*
Week 10 vs Falcons
Week 14 vs Panthers

Using the "old" theory the only games that should be on FOX would be weeks 10 & 14 as Cleveland hosts a NFC team. The * games would normally be on CBS

Why should the league allow CBS to hog the misery that is the Cleveland Browns all to themselves? Or maybe CBS told Fox, "Here, take as many Browns games as you want!" Of course, why Fox would want them, I have no idea. :D

NBC
Week 1, Sept 9: Bears at Packers
Week 2, Sept.16: Giants at Cowboys
Week 3, Sept. 23: Patriots at Lions

Week 9 Nov. 4: Packers at Patriots
Week 10 Nov. 11: Cowboys at Eagles
Week 11 Nov. 18: Steelers at Jaguars
Week 12 Nov. 25: Packers at Vikings
Week 13, Dec. 2: 49ers at Seahawks
Week 14, Dec. 9: Steelers at Raiders
Week 15, Dec. 16: Eagles at Rams
Week 16, Dec. 23, Chiefs at Seahawks

Over-broadcast the usual suspects: Cowboys (3 games), Packers (3), Patriots (3), and Steelers (3). I'd include the Eagles here, but one of their three on NBC is the Thursday night opener, so they only get two on SNF. But if they weren't the champs, they'd probably get one game, tops.

No conflict for Hartford/New Haven in week 1, as the Jaguars vs Giants game is on FOX instead of CBS. Obviously, Texans vs Patriots will air on CBS of Hartford either way.

Week 4 is really goofy for the late games

4 late games...only one is (again using old rules theory) "right"

CBS has Saints/Giants and 49ers/Chargers (both would normally be FOX) but with FOX having the SH they have Brownies/Raiders and Seahawks/Cards (the only one that would be "right")

Week 2 basically follows the "one network stacked" rule. CBS right now has 5 early games versus FOX with 4. If Cleveland was on CBS (again old rules apply) that would be 6 CBS 3 FOX

I nominate the Dec. 2 (Week 13) Niners-Seahawks and/or the Dec. 23 Chiefs-Seahawks games to be the games most likely to end up being flexed OUT of Sunday night as the season goes on.
