Now that the Pats season has ended, are changes in store for WSKO AM and/or FM? I heard a rumor the Pawsox have moved flagship over to WHJJ, so The Score is left with just Yankees baseball as an obligation through the next 9 months. If anything were going to happen, this would be the right time.

I say Citadel turns it into a FREE-FM type station (obviously not FREE FM since thats CBS)

Keep O & A on and have a different type FM Talk station.

Surely Citadel would not back an FM talker, and compete directly with their AM Talker. What they would do, however, is simulcast WPRO on 99.7 which would give them the coverage they're severely lacking in South County after sundown.

99.7 should simulcast WWKX. Although I thought of Pro on 99.7 and it is actually a halfway decent idea.

WPRO on 99.7? ..... Interesting idea .....but certain FM Talkers are doing terrible. It seems that any station calling themselves FREE FM is doing badly. So that has me worried. I know that KLSX has been talk for years. WJFK as well. I also know that there are other successful FM talk stations around the country.

hmmmm. maybe it's just the name FREE-FM that's the curse. Perhaps for some reason that identity is turning people off. I guess WPRO on 99.7 is worth a trry......... as long as you don't start calling it FREE-FM. lol
