The Song Name Game

White Lightning and Lies — Heart

CTListener: On the top right of the "content" of the page (the posts) there's a link to "Search thread". I searched for the word 'funeral' and it came up with zero results. I don't know how to find the most submitted titles, but that would be interesting to see.

Liars One, Believers Zero -- Bill Anderson

Tomservo: Something is wrong with that search, if you ask me. I put in only the word "kiss" and got this:

https://www.radiodiscussions.com/search.php?searchid=3789499

Only eight hits, and the only two for "Last Kiss" were from the past month. And while a few of the hits were for songs by Kiss, not one was for "Rock and Roll All Nite," which just HAS to have come up multiple times in this game's long history. I would bet that FFAF/LLB has been given a few times, but the flawed algorithm in the search is not detecting it. "Friend" is only in 13 results, "lies" in just six. "Love" is in 320, but that number also strikes me as low, considering how many of this thread's 557 pages have two or more "love" songs in them.

Liar — The Sex Pistols

CTListener: That is certainly odd. If I click your link I get no results, but if I search for 'kiss' it comes up with nine titles; the eight you probably saw plus your last post. I did a board-wide search for the word "bleeding" and still only got two results, one for one song and one for my entry for Elton John's song. But I am definitely no longer convinced that the search is accurate or thorough.
