"Mr. Dieingly Sad" must have resulted from the misapplication of a spelling rule. Ceasing to live is "dying." Coloring something using a dye is "dyeing." If the writer of "Mr. Dieingly Sad" were sad because he'd accidentally changed his hair color to a bilious green, he could, if he wanted to coin an adverb, use "dyeingly." But there is no reason for "dieing" or "dieingly" to exist.
