Hey RC. No it isn't. It's the old song with new lyrics added by both Lee and Brody. The title on the label is just "The Yellow Rose."
 
I Get Around - Tupac Shakur

I concede. Had to go look at my copy of the album to verify that. I never realized the State had been removed from the title when the traditional folk song was used for the TV series. How sad. Every country station that plays it down here calls the song by its traditional name, and I guess have done so since it charted.
