The Song Name Game

Did She Mention My Name -- Gordon Lightfoot

An underrated song that should have been a bigger hit.

Loren and Wally from Boston's WVBF/WROR used to do a series of parodies, one of which was called "The Rectum Of Edmund Fitzgerald." It's hilarious.... and it's on YouTube.

Sundown - Gordon Lightfoot

I lol'd at The Rectum of Edmund Fitzgerald. Truly a work of art (as is the original itself).

Jackson -- Nancy Sinatra & Lee Hazlewood

When Dan Ingram (WABC New York) would play "ABC" in the 70s, he would sometimes say "There's no record called XLO." A swipe at rival station 99X (WXLO).
