The Song Name Game

Just jumping back in here to note that the correct title of the song I posted above seems to be "After The Ball." Google results are pretty much split evenly between "After The Ball" and "After The Ball Is Over," but the more authoritative results lean toward the former being the real title. So, unless someone can prove differently, follow-up songs with "Over" in the title will be invalid.

"Over" is good. NKC released After the Ball is Over on Side 2 Track 2 of the LP Those Lazy-Hazy-Crazy Days of Summer on Capitol Records in 1963. Wikipedia lists After the Ball on its track listing of that album, but I tend to believe Discogs. https://www.discogs.com/release/1905034-Nat-King-Cole-Those-Lazy-Hazy-Crazy-Days-Of-Summer

Update #2: Wikipedia shows a picture of the original 1891 sheet music for this song, written and sung by Charles K. Harris, showing just After the Ball. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipe...rtheBallSheet.jpg/427px-AftertheBallSheet.jpg

So who's right? Probably both, in their own contexts.

Now back to the game, leaving Over alone:
Over, Under, Sideways Down -- Yardbirds
Ball of Confusion -- Temptations

Temma Harbour -- Mary Hopkin

Obscure tune from the artist known for "Those Were The Days."
