The Sound HD-2

I was browsing the dial here in Dayton and 94.9 is strong enough to where I'm able to grab the HD-2 and I totally forgot The Sound was brought there. Is this still being programmed and updated with new music? When I listened, it sounded Alternative but when I heard Rock The Casbah, I automatically thought of the old Frequency 941. Kinda wish they had the old "sound", no pun intended. Who's programming it?
