The sound of Hot AC (audio)

How does your engineer have it set up? Or did you tell your engineer the sound you wanted? Does your station sound aggressive, warm, punchy, loud, or anything else? I ask because I am looking to improve our sound and would like to hear what other Hot AC folks think of their own station.
 
Ours sounds like a home c.d player. If it were up to me it'd be much more punchy & sparkly & I'd up the overall pitch just a touch(.05%) to spice it up so all the "same old same old" don't sound so stale. ::)
