The Summit Expands To Athens

Great to see them finally fire this up - I was wondering when they would finally sign it on. Still interesting though that Radio U gave up on targeting the college town of Athens with their Christian Rock format... but I am guessing lack of support from that area and how college kids are now consuming music played a role.
 
I was down in Athens last week and heard 90.1 on air. Interesting mix of music - not my cup of tea but good for them being on the air in that market now. It was weird though hearing 'underwriting spots' for Akron/NE Ohio businesses.
