Just 3 months after launching Conservative "The Talk" 106.9 on 1600 WHOL and 106.9 W295CR the station is stunting with a heartbeat sound. The one local talent, Joe Ligotti posted on his FB that the station is going to be a "Hip Hop" station, making it seem like Loud 99.5 could be expanding their Lehigh Valley reach.
