The Ticket and The Touch

I'm not in radio, but 2 observations looking at the Radio & Records ratings (10/26):

1) How can WOYK from York pull in higher ratings than WTKT (unlisted),
especially when the Ticket is carrying the Phillies in the summer?

2) How much longer will Cumulus keep The Touch format on AM, when it's sister
station WWKL is pulling in nearly the same ratings (and dropping on FM)?
With Cumulus supposedly buying WSOX-WARM soon,the AM days are numbered.

Better signal daytime throughout some of the area. And they carry the Phils, too.
