The Todd & Don Show 590 AM KLBJ

This show is only one hour each weekday. Is that enough to build an audience? :)

Depends on which hour. If it's not a daylight hour, I'd say not. ;)

On ESPN 1250 in San Antonio, the Chris and Jason Show started out a little over a year ago from 5-7PM and is now 3-7PM

That's not because they built an audience, but because BMP fired the Thompson Bros. after they declined to move over to host afternoons on KTSA. 1250 had to fill that time with what they had left, not because Chris & Jason had developed an audience worthy of a 4-hr drive-time show.

As far as Todd & Don go, I don't think you can really develop an audience with only 1 hour. You're going to get hangovers from Morning Zoo and people who tune in early for Rush. But those listeners aren't loyal to your show.
