The truth about Dreamworks, please....

I keep getting conflicting info about the Paramount-Dreamworks deal. Here's what I found:

1. The Dreamworks page is listed as a former Viacom subsidiary, but Viacom's page has Dreamworks listed under "film production/distribution".

2. According to the Dreamworks Television page, CBS-Paramount Television had the rights to distribute Dreamworks-produced TV shows from 2006-08. Who has the rights now?

Dreamworks is traded on the NASDAQ market under the ticker DWA. As far as I can see from their financial reports, they are independent of Viacom.
