If you are an HDTV owner you may have noticed that WLBT 3.3 has an on-screen message saying that "the tube" music video channel is no more. Apparently it went belly up and pulled the plug last night. The entire network went bust according to the website. Its a shame, I really enjoyed watching it. I guess there is not much demand for music video on television anymore. MTV hasn't played music in years.

Well, I was thinking of pop music so that left out BET Jazz (but then again I've yet to see any music on that channel myself.)
VH1 Classic is getting to be no music in prime-time and late afternoons, which stinks since they have been showing some great old videos.
I am not familiar with the others. Do any of the cable companies around here carry them? They're not on DirecTV.
