The Tube on Ch. 33-2 in the DFW area...

I don't know if anyone has posted this yet, but I saw for the first time tonight that Ch. 33 here in Dallas is now carrying The Tube Music Channel on its digital 33-2 channel. Previously that channel had color weather radar.

We get The Tube on KSLA-DT 12.2 in Shreveport. I believe that it is operated by Raycom. They show some pretty good videos, much like what you would see on VH1 Classic. However, depending on how much bandwidth the station decides allocates to it, the picture quality is often times is quite poor.

The Tube will also be debuting (for us Dallas folks w/o hi-def ) on the digital tier of comcast cable in july.
