Uncle Floyd aired on NJN at 7-30 pm in the 1980s, after NJN Nightly News and a great lead-in to the lottery drawings. I don't think he ever was on a Philly TV station. Whatever happened to Looney Skip Rooney?

In the early 1980 he did air for a while on WRBV/65 Vineland, NJ before the station was purchased by Press Broadcasting and became WSJT. WRBV aired it right before the signal went scrambled for WHT (Wometco Home Theatre), an over-the-air pay-TV service. Incidentally, WRBV showed "Uncle Floyd" at the same timeslot (either 7 or 7:30 PM) as WWHT/68 in Newark, NJ, which also showed WHT.

Uncle Floyd is alive and well.
He also has his own <a href=http://www.unclefloyd.com/>website</a>.

For the record The Uncle Floyd Show, first aired in 1974 on WWRO-TV, Newark which is now WFUT.

WOW, FAR OUT. I never knew what happened to the Uncle Floyd show. Hell I thought it was some flash in the pan show that I once saw late night a long time ago. It's good to know that he is occasionally on air on satellite and radio. Now, what ever happened to the Late Mr. Pete Show?
