Z is closing in on #2 in NY,and continues it's rise on Long island and New Jersey!It's all about the Top 40,bay-bee!

Yeah, pop is hot, but I don't think that's nearly the whole story. This is a very smart CHR station. They create their own version of a format that could be an unimaginative, off-the-shelf format. They seem to know what to play and what not to play in this market. Lots of hiphop, some reggaeton, and not a lot of lame stuff that smaller market stations mess around with. They deserve their numbers I think.

Amen to that... Z knows NY, period! There are smaller market herritage CHR's around NY, NJ, & PA that are struggling and some are freefalling out of existance and into the realm of Hot AC and Variety Hits, so its not so much the format and more the station!<P ID="signature">______________
