The Vibe Running Joe FM Imaging?????

So I was listening to The Vibe early this morning (9/26), and every other peice of imaging was a "Joe FM" liner- positioning the station as "80's, 90's, and Whatever"... then a "Vibe" liner would run in between the next song, then another "Joe FM" liner and so on and so forth (at least through 5 am. I shut it off at that point) Does anybody know why this is? Did someone screw up and start new imaging when they weren't suppose to? Are they trying to be 2 stations? I found this to be very odd.... ??? The only thing I can say that was good is there processing. Station sounds very good from the aspect. Other than that....

Archaeologists, philosophers, and historical radio researchers will debate these question for years:

"Why did they not name it Roger [Vote Diehm 2008] FM?"

"Why did they not name it Russ [Oasis] FM?"

"Why did they not name it Prince FM?"

"Why did they not name it Jacko FM?"

Whatever they name it, they'll be changing it in 4 months.
(I don't even give it 6 months...nothing at that station lasts long.)

And from what I've heard of it, it's VERY much all over the map musically.
I might have even heard Metallica on there. Sad. Very sad.
