"The Voice" Raises To Two Nights Per Week

Damn! The best part about "the Voice" was that it only aired one night a week and didn't involve a two night commitment. If I wanted the overwrought drama, I'd watch "Idol".

I tried to watch "The Voice" and just found it.. boring. The talent is nowhere near as good as Idol or X Factor.
The judges on "The Voice" don't know how to offer criticism to anyone. Primarily because they've never been in a position of trying to pick talent in their jobs. They are just singers, that's all. That's kind of the a pitfall for the Idol judges, except for Randy Jackson.

Suffice to say, it's highly unlikely "The Voice" will last a decade like Idol has. I give Idol a decent shot at being around a decade from now.

I seriously wonder if Simon Cowell could sue NBC for copying "Idol" in such blatant fashion. And I thought "Got Talent" was an "Idol" clone - "The Voice" is worse!
