The WCBS FM Tribute Site

I went to the 101.cbsfm site and I could not bring it up. I got something that said new page one and nothing else.

I assume the site is temporarily down. If that is the case, I look forward to the return of it soon.

There are other WCBS-FM tribute sites on the web. Why did Viacom object to this one?

Thanks for telling me about www.wcbsfm.org. I checked it out and it's great.

I wonder if the person running the site worked at CBS FM? Those jingles are good quality.

Very nice. Thanks

Nothing like further endearing themselves to former listeners of WCBS-FM. The guys at Viacom are a bunch of characters. Nothing like rubbing salt in the wound. Do we expect more from such a wonderful company?

I agree Bruce. the 101cbsfm.com tribute site was pretty good, it had great airchecks and best of all it had the red WCBS-FM logo which they should bring back on wcbsfm.com too but that's another issue.

Matt, where can we find the links to the cbsfm airchecks you had streaming under Real Player on 101cbsfm.com?

Rally Photos! Did they need a barricade?

Thanks for the post Joey B.

Love the rally photos. Not too many fans showed. Did they really need a police barricade? I've seen more folks on line to get hot dogs from a vendor.

They picked the wrong time to have a rally. Folks have to work.

Best bet for CBS-FM fans...just pray the ratings tank for JACK FM.

Try Yahoo. Type in the jock name and somehow it takes you to the website but not any other page. I was able to listen to Dick Heatherton from 1978 that way.

Here is where I found The leader of lasagnaland.

I hope that it works.
