Well maybe not the weak but at least the weaker. Does anyone think the eventual effect of all the bloodletting will be the easing out of the seasoned personalities and their replacements ending up in jobs they normally wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in hell of getting? It's a money thing and it's also a supply and demand thing and what I see happening is more actual opportunities for relative newbies or people with just a fair amount of talent and ability moving into positions because of a lowering of the bar?
