What's the story on this low power station? How did it orginatate, owners, operators, etc..
Interesting sound, just heard it for the first time yesterday.
 
WIKD used to be on 99.1, but was "displaced" to 102.5 due to WLOV-FM signing on, on 99.5.
WRWS-LP should've filed for a displacement too.
