The Witch Is Dead... Almost! Non-Competes Going Away in NY?

All Access is reporting that both state houses in New York have passed a bill that will eliminate non-compete contracts for employees in the broadcast industry.

So how do we get something similar moving in Texas?

It wouldn't matter. Non compets in Texas are not easily enforced, because Texas is a right-to-work state.

In texas, its a "gentlemans agreement" when it comes to non compete. But, id agree that non-compete in any business should be struck down as a whole.
