The shows are said too be reruns, kind of like what you wach on TV after a sitcom is off the air (like "Cheers"). Wolfman Jack's wife kept a lot of his air checks and had them digitally restored. Now, they're being sold out too radio stations for air slots. My local radio station also airs the Wolfman Jack show. They could also be taking serveral air checks and slicing Wolfman out then combinding the various of slices from various airchecks into one new show. I don't know on that though. This paragraph from Wolfman Jack web site explains the selling of old shows too radio stations:

The Astor Broadcast Group are going to bring back the wolfman! Astor Broadcast Group, a San Diego based broadcasting company has signed a deal to re-tool and bring back and air original programming recorded by the late, great, howling, prowling Wolfman Jack. Like Houdini, the Wolfman did vow to return after his death at some point. Wolfman Jack recorded so much material in his lifetime that he used to like to say that after he was gone, there would still be enough fresh Wolfman Jack material to air for the next 300 years! Since his death on July 1, 1995, he has been on and off the airwaves of the internet, but this could be the first time he has come back to commercial radio to stay. The Astor Broadcast Group owns stations KSPA, KCEO, and KFSD in the San Diego, South Orange County areas of Southern California. Soon CDs will be availabe with funny phone conversations, bits, and more! More details will become available soon! Thanks and stay tuned for more site updates! - Wolfmanjack.org's News Department"
