The Z is back?

Makes sense, I have not heard too many people ever call it "Kiss-FM". The logo looks somewhat unexciting, The prior Z 97 logo was simple, well done, and worked.
 
It's too bad that this was done without any fanfare or buzz, think of the buzz and excitiment that would have been created if Pamal actually did the flip on April Fools' (On Sunday this year), or the Monday Morning right after... Everyone who has some "Z-Wear" can wear the goods proudly once again :)
 
No doubt a welcome change for many listeners...I too am disappointed with the lack of "hype" for the change...sort of like.."uh...ok now we're Z"...Though with Pamal..."hyped" promotions aren't their thing...looks like it was a hastened change for the staff...sounds like it too...
 
Definitely a good move for them. They had heritage with "Z" - many listeners still referred to the station as such. I agree, however, that it's a shame they didn't make a bigger deal out of the switch.
