the zone on 96.3 Burlington ???

I was driving around Burlington the other day hitting seek on my radio and heard the zone out of Burlington on both 96.3 and 96.7. What's the deal...is my radio broken (some sort of strange interference)?

Location...

Its a single bay antenna located on the Clear Channel STL tower at the studios on 1500 Hegeman Ave in Colchester.
