TheCoolTV off WBIN 50.3

I noticed that as of a few days ago, channel 50.3 is not TheCoolTV, but just an SD version of 50.1. Is this just a glitch, or is it permanent? I wouldn't be surprised if it were, since that happened with The Tube music network a few years ago. I don't know anyone who actually watched it.
 
i saw on there Facebook page there in a dispute with the parent company,and that it would be resolved shortly.
