These "Happy Days" are Mine, not Yours

If you will go back and re-read my posts...............I'm not saying they don't deserve any
money. I'm just saying look at the shoe on the other foot.............they sure made some
money for their "other appearances" after the show (guest spots, mall openings, Letterman,
etc.). It's not like they haven't profited (on their own) post Happy Days.

It boils down to plain and simple greed.

Donny Most and Erin Moran careers went into the toilet after Happy Days ended. Even with residuals from the show, it's highly unlikely they are making enough money to live the lifestyle they were accustomed too.

Anson Williams went from an actor to a director and I've seen his name mentioned numerous times directing different TV shows; so the guy isn't hurting for dough.

The late Tom Bosley and Marion Ross continued to appear on television (with Mr. Bosley having his own show after Happy Days).

Good luck trying to sue CBS/Paramount. The company is worth billions and they have an army of lawyers.

^ it`s not greed if they are entitled to the money.

if paramont does not owe them money then they don`t deserve it,

to me it is a case of what is right and what is wrong no matter who is right and who is wrong.

i dont know if they have a case in this instance. i know that the production company of rockford files owed james garner residual money and the production company behind daniel boone owed fess parker money for the residuals.production companies and studios have cheated actors before.and its not being about the stars only its about all the contracts.

if thius is the case they deserve the money .if not they don`t.

and this is not the issue at hand.the issue simpally has the studio and network not given them the money owed them or do they not get the money they think they are owed because the contracts do not say that they do.

Marion Ross still makes occasional guest appearances. I saw her recently - playing an elderly woman, naturally. Can't remember what show it was.

^ probally on that 70`s show.she played eric forman`s grandmother on his mothers side.

No - I never liked That 70s Show - despite the fact that it made stars out of a number of actors. I checked Marion Ross's credits in imdb - I think it was her appearance in an episode of Showtime's Nurse Jackie. She continues to get a lot of guest-star work. About 15 credits in the last 3 years - not bad for an 82 year old. Cudos, " Missus C."

Dear CBSParamount,

Any chance you could throw a few bucks our way for what we did?

Sincerely,

Gavan O'Herlihy
Randolph Roberts
a/k/a, the two guys that portrayed Charles "Chuck" Cunningham.

Away at College.
