THEY HAD

When I was in Cincinnati, Ohio during the summer, the Cable Provider that my Cousin had (Time Warner Cable) had "NESN" on there. But it wasn't on. The screen said if you would like to order this channel, call 513-???-????
Now, if they did order it, seeing it's in Ohio, Do you all think they can watch "NESN" out there?
Thank you for your time and have a GUD day

wow. I would've assume they would have the same programming?

they do, except league rules prohibit carrying the actual games, unless you subscribe to the PPV packages like MLB Extra Innings outside of New England.
